🪄 What are the steps to make my own magnets?
The process is a breeze and is completed in 4 simple steps:
1. Product Selection: Choose the type of magnet you like (e.g. Squares, Retro, Puzzle, NFC, etc.).
2. Upload Photos: Press the button to upload your favorite moments directly from your mobile, tablet or computer.
3. Crop: Center and crop your image exactly as you want it to appear in the final product.
4. Checkout: Add the product to the cart, fill in your shipping details and choose the payment method that suits you!
📱 Can I place my order via Instagram or Facebook?
For your own safety and the best possible printing quality, all orders are made exclusively through our easy-to-use e-shop (picture2magnet.com). This way, your photos are transferred to their original resolution without losing quality, while you have full control over their cropping! If you have difficulty with any step, our team is always available here and on social media to guide you.
🛍️ Is there a minimum number of magnets that I need to order?
No, there is no minimum limit on the total of your order! However, all our products are designed and available in ready-made, predefined packages (Sets) with a specific number of pieces. You can choose any package that suits your needs and upload as many photos as there are positions in the package.
💡 Tip: Our ready-made Sets are specially designed to offer you the best possible price per piece!
✉️ How will I know that my order has been successfully placed?
Once you have completed your purchase, you will immediately receive an automatic confirmation email with your order number and product summary. If you do not find it in your inbox within a few minutes, please also take a quick look in your Spam folder!
🎟️ I have a discount code (coupon), how can I use it?
Redeeming your coupon is super easy! After adding your favorite magnets to your cart and proceeding to Checkout:
1. In your cart on the right side of the screen (or at the bottom, if you are on mobile), you will find the special field labeled “Discount”, select the + and there is the “Discount Code” field.
2. Type or paste your code exactly as it has been given to you.
3. Press the “Apply” button. Alternatively, during checkout in the “Discount Code” field, (Add discount if you are on mobile) type your code and press Apply. The discount will be automatically deducted from the final amount of your order!
💡 Tip: Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code when typing, and remember that only one discount code can be used per order.

✨ Which photos should I choose for a perfect result?
To make your magnets as vivid and clear as possible, prefer:
* Bright shots: Photos with natural light, bright lighting or flash.
* Clear subjects: Images without too "complicated" backgrounds, so that your loved ones stand out.
* Correct centering: Keep faces slightly away from the edges.
* High resolution: Ideal files with 300 PPI or more, for maximum clarity.
💡 Tip for custom magnets (button type): Leave a small 2mm margin all around, as the photo hugs the surface of the magnet beautifully.
🎨 What if my photo needs cropping? Don't worry at all! During the order, you have complete control to preview and crop exactly as you want. If something goes wrong, our experienced team will take care of the cropping individually, ensuring the most visually beautiful result for your refrigerator!
🔒 Can I upload any image I want? Of course! You can choose any favorite moment from your mobile, Facebook or Instagram. All we ask is that you have the rights to use the image. To maintain the family nature of our business, we do not accept content with sexual or illegal material.

⏱️ Can I modify my order after I submit it?
Because we want you to have your magnets as soon as possible, production starts almost immediately! Each piece is made individually for you, so there is no possibility of changing it after registration. We recommend that you do a quick final check in your cart before completing!

📦 When will I have the magnets in my hands?
We create with love and speed! We need just 1-2 business days to manufacture your handmade products. Then, our partners (ELTA Courier & Box Now) deliver within Greece in 1-3 business days.
* For Europe: Delivery takes place in 5-7 business days.
* For the rest of the world: In 10-20 days.
💶 How much does shipping cost? We want to offer you the best possible experience!
* For orders over 25€, shipping within Greece is completely free!
* For smaller orders, the cost is just 3.00€.
Note: For shipments outside the EU, any customs clearance costs are borne by the buyer.

Taking care of them is super easy! Just use a soft, slightly damp cloth with plain water to remove dust. To enjoy them forever, avoid using chemicals, do not immerse them in liquids and keep them away from strong heat sources.
