RETURN POLICY & WITHDRAWAL EXCEPTION

The goal of «PICTURE2MAGNET E.E.» is for you to be completely satisfied with our products. Each product you receive is certified by a quality management system throughout the production process.

1. Exception from the Right of Unreasonable Withdrawal

According to article 3ib of Law 2251/1994 (and European Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of unreasonable withdrawal and refund within 14 days does NOT apply to goods that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.

Because all products in our online store (handmade magnets) are manufactured exclusively upon your order using the photos that you upload, product returns because you changed your mind are not accepted.

2. Defective Products or Manufacturing Error

Our company guarantees the excellent manufacturing quality of the products. In the unlikely event that you find a manufacturing defect (e.g. wrong photo due to our own fault, serious technical alteration of printing colors), please contact us at info@picture2magnet.com. We will make every effort to immediately replace the product at no additional cost to you.

3. Damage during Transport (Courier)

All products are packaged with the utmost security. If upon delivery you find that the outer packaging is damaged, please refuse receipt. If you receive the package and find that the magnets have been damaged/broken during transport, you are required to send us photos of the damaged product AND the packaging to info@picture2magnet.com within 48 hours of receipt, in order for us to proceed with a free replacement and claim compensation from the shipping company. After 48 hours, no transport damage can be recognized.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Due to the automated and immediate start of the processing and production process of custom products, order cancellations are accepted via e-mail to info@picture2magnet.com ONLY within 2 hours of placing the order and provided that the printing of your photos has not started. After the start of production, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.
