RETURN POLICY

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with our products.

PICTURE2MAGNET Limited Partnership guarantees the quality of the product you receive. In the event that the product is delivered to you and you find any damage or manufacturing defect, please contact us via e-mail at info@picture2magnet.com within fourteen (14) days of receipt and we will send you instructions for returning it.

We will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product, at no additional cost to you. If the product is no longer available, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made, upon agreement.

Please understand that since PICTURE2MAGNET Limited Partnership manufactures products to order, it cannot provide returns, except in the cases explicitly stated (i.e., product damaged upon arrival or with a manufacturing defect). In these cases, “PICTURE2MAGNET L.P.” accepts product returns. Please note that each product that reaches your hands is certified by a quality management system throughout the production process.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel your order, please send us an e-mail at info@picture2magnet.com. You can cancel your order and receive a full money refund, provided that the products have NOT been manufactured by our store and within 24 hours of your order. Please note that as we try to prepare orders as soon as possible, there is a possibility that a cancellation request, even within 24 hours, may not be accepted if your products have been manufactured.
