Shipping Methods

Your order is shipped depending on the destination or your choice, with the cooperating courier companies. Shipping with (ELTA-Courier) to the shipping address you provide or to the nearest store. 

Shipping with Box Now, you select at the cart page before checkout, the closest locker available to your address.
Alternatively, if you do not select the locker yourself, we will prepare and ship your parcel to the closest locker available to your address. Please note that in case the locker you have chosen is full, with sole responsibility of Box Now, it is possible that your package will be placed to the nearest available locker. In this case, the customer will normally receive the relevant SMS from Box Now with the information of the selected locker for pickup.

Upon sending your order, you will receive an e-mail with the details of the courier company that undertook the shipment and the shipment number, as well as the link to the electronic address of your order, where you will be able to monitor its progress.

All necessary preventive protection measures are covered for the safe delivery of shipments.

Shipping Cost

For orders over €25.00, shipping is free throughout Greece.

For orders under €25.00, the charge is uniform - €3.00 - for all parcels sent within Greece. 

Prices include VAT (24%).

International orders

All our products can be shipped abroad and the cost of these shipments is automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping time

Your order is prepared within 24 hours of receipt or at the latest on the first business day, if the order was placed on a weekend or holiday, and is delivered to the cooperating courier company.
It then takes 1-3 business days to reach you. The time required is longer for delivery to inaccessible areas and during peak periods.

Our company makes every effort to deliver the products to the courier company on time and on schedule. Our company is not responsible for delays in delivery that are due exclusively to force majeure (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, extreme weather events, terrorist acts, war, government or legislative acts, etc.). In any case of proven loss or destruction of the package during transport, our company undertakes the full management and immediate free replacement of your products, in collaboration with the transport companies.
