QUALITY POLICY & PHOTO SPECIFICATIONS
At Picture2Magnet we use high-tech printing equipment to ensure the best possible result. However, because our products are based solely on the files you upload, the quality of the final product directly depends on the quality of your own photo.
Please read the following instructions carefully before completing your order:
Resolution and Sharpness: Photos must be clear, well-focused and high resolution. Avoid using photos that are blurry, shaky or taken from screenshots, as they will appear pixelated and lose detail when printed.
Brightness and Colors: Choose photos with good, natural lighting. Very dark photos (e.g. taken at night indoors without a flash) or photos with strong filters may come out even darker or distorted in the final product.
Color Deviation (Screen vs. Print): The colors you see on your mobile or computer screen may differ slightly from the final printed product. This is because screens emit light (RGB), while printing is done with inks (CMYK). A small natural deviation in colors is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Framing and Cutting (Crop): During the production and cutting process of the magnet, 1-2 millimeters may be lost from the edges of your photo. Please make sure that the important elements of the image (e.g. faces, text) are in the center and not glued to the edges of the frame.

Our company does not perform digital editing, color correction or resolution enhancement of the files you send. We print the file exactly as it is delivered to us.
Therefore, product returns or replacement requests due to low quality, blurriness, poor lighting, or incorrect framing of the photo you chose to upload are not accepted.
